Wallace Clifton, 60, of Warren, died Friday, March 14, 2014 at Hospice Home Care in Little Rock.
Born April 10, 1953, he was a son of the late Emma Jean Neal-Williams and James Clifton. He was later adopted by the late Mable and Johnny Thomas.
He was a member of Weary Rest Missionary Baptist Church in Marsden, a graduate of Hermitage High School Class of 1971, a member of the Arkansas Superior Federal Credit Union Board for many years and a retiree of Potlatch Corporation.
He was also preceded in death by his wife, Verna Lee Hampton-Clifton, a brother Elder James Daniel Thomas and a sister Brenda Kay Williams.

His Children: Fenetria Clifton of Little Rock and Karlos Clifton of Warren
Grandchildren: Khadijah Clifton of Little Rock and Kaylee Clifton of Warren
Siblings: Shirley Jones of Inglewood, CA., Jo Ann Terry, Pamela Poole, Sara Harding and husband Greg, Charlie Williams and wife Patricia and James Ellison Williams all of Warre; Leola Harrison of Milwaukee, WI., Perry Dale Williams of Oceanside, CA., and James David Clifton and wife Peggy of Monticello.

Funeral services were March 21 at the Hermitage Community Center in Hermitage with Rev. Kelcey Highsmith officiating. Burial was in Weary Rest Cemetery in Marsden by Hammons Funeral Home.
