Betty Parker Green, age 83, of New Edinburg, AR died Tuesday, November 19, 2019 in Little Rock, AR. She was born December 20, 1935 in New Edinburg, AR a daughter of the late Johnny Marion Parker and Verna Louelle Morgan Parker. She was a housewife and homemaker, a farmer and a past employee of Southwestern Bell Telephone Company in Pine Bluff, AR. She was a member of Macedonia Free Will Baptist Church and the widow of Curtis Lewis Green, whom she married August 24th, 1955 in Pine Bluff, AR and he died August 3rd, 2003. A brother Robert Damon Parker also preceded her in death.
She is survived by sons, Johnnie Green and spouse Freda, New Edinburg, AR, and Tommy Green and spouse Tammy, Warren, AR. Daughters Karen Thompson and spouse Daniel, New Edinburg, AR and Teresa Hibbard and spouse Gary, Dover, AR. Sisters Dorothy Shepherd and spouse James, Rock Springs, AR and Wilma Rawls, New Edinburg, AR. 8 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
