Neil Thomason age 85 of Warren, AR died Monday, May 02, at Chapel Woods Nursing Center. He was born December 11, 1930 in Bradley County, a son of the late Howard Lee Thomason and Lucille Halligan Thomason. He was a self-employed heavy construction contractor, a farmer, a Baptist and a Untied States Marine Corp. Veteran serving in Korea. He was also preceded in death by two brothers Leon Thomason and Glenn Thomason.
Surviving is his wife whom he married February 15th, 1952, Mrs. Kay Myers Thomason. A son Steve Thomason and spouse Janie, Warren, AR. A daughter Lorrie Davis and spouse Ricky Joe, Warren, AR. Two sisters Sara Reep and spouse Roland, Warren, AR. and Faye Reynolds, Glasgow, VA. 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service was 4:00 PM Thursday, May 5th at Frazer’s Chapel with Rev. Brian Ashcraft and Taylor Wharton officiating. Linda Barrett was organist. Burial was in Oakland Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Active pallbearers were Trey Thomason, Curt Thomason, Ryan Davis, Derek Grice, Taylor Wharton and Dexter Burks.
