Eddy F. Broome Sr. age 77, of Warren, AR died Sunday June 21st, at the Bradley County Medical Center. He was born October 21, 1937 in Santa Cruz, CA a son of the late George F. Broome and Hazel Goldman Broome. He was a life long Machinist working in the industrial sector and also teaching the art for several years. He attended and graduated public schools in California, and he was a member of Camden Avenue Baptist Church in San Jose, CA.
He was preceded in death by a daughter Louann Broome, and a brother Cletus Broome.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years Betty Thornton Broome, whom he married February 2nd, 1963 in Las Vegas, NV. 2 sons, Eddy F. Broome Jr, and spouse Tanya, Rogers, AR and Frankie Broome, and spouse Paula, Warren, AR. A brother Kenneth Broome, Santa Clara, CA and 2 grandchildren Raven Broome and Sydney Broome.
Graveside services are 10:00AM Wednesday, June 24th at Oakland Cemetery. Burial in Oakland Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home.
