Bobby Ray Ferguson

Bobby Ray Ferguson age 84, of Warren, AR died Wednesday, September 17th at the John R. Williamson Hospice House in Eldorado, AR.  He was born August 10th, 1930 in Levy, AR a son of the late William Ferguson and Tennie Inzo Evans Ferguson.  He was a life long salesman, a member of Immanuel Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon, a Gideon and a United States Navy Veteran serving in the Korean War where he was a gunners mate on the USS destroyer ship Bausell.  Also preceding him in death was a son Barry Ferguson, brothers Harold Ferguson, Charlie Ferguson, 2 grandchildren Lauren Ferguson and Martin Ferguson and a great-grandchild Oliver Poole.

He is survived by 3 sons Mark Ferguson and Spouse Laura, Hermitage, AR. Ken Ferguson and spouse Trish, Nesbit,  Miss. Bruce Ferguson, Bedford, TX.   3 daughters Donna Noble, Monticello, AR., Michelle Carter and spouse Mark, Wilmar, AR. and  Cindy Ferguson, Austin, TX.  A sister Pat Dickey, Oklahoma City, OK.  12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.  A former spouse and special friend Lillie Joan Ferguson, Wilmar, AR.

Funeral services were 10:00AM Saturday, Sept. 20th at Frazer’s Chapel with Rev. Jimmy McSpaddin and Rev. Randy Norman officiating. Linda Barrett was organist and Gary Carter was soloist. Burial was in Oakland Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Active pallbearers were Jeremy Ferguson, Dustin Calloway, Jason Carter, Bradley Carter, Jordan Ferguson and Joshua Ferguson.
