Kristen Ann Reichen DeMuth, age 46, passed away in Plano, Texas March 10, 2014 after a hard fought battle against cancer. She was born October 10, 1967 to Dr. Frank and JoAnn Dew Reichen. She lived in Memphis, attended school there and graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Engineering.
She accepted a position with EDS where she met her future husband, Randy. They relocated to Plano, Texas, married and became parents to their pride and joy, Hannah.
Kris was very passionate about whatever activity she pursued. She was a rabid Dallas Cowboy fan, an avid reader, and the ultimate mom cheerleader for Hannah whether it be karate, band, softball, or hockey. She was also a fighter. Her cancer battle began 12 years ago and she fought it to the very end.
Survivors include her husband of 18 years, Randall Paul DeMuth; her daughter, Hannah Marie DeMuth, age 15; her parents, Dr. Frank and JoAnn Dew Reichen; inlaws, Ron and Linda DeMuth; cousins, extended family and many, many friends. Her body was donated for cancer research.
