John David “Danny” Ozment age 65 of Warren, AR died Monday, October 16th at his home. He was born February 19th, 1952 in Warren, AR. He was a son of Lavelle Ozment and Sarah Odom Ozment of Banks, AR. He was a small business owner, retired auto mechanic, and a 32nd degree mason. His hobbies include fishing, leather work, metal working and repairing and playing guitars. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Sammie Jane Brown Ozment who died September 21st, 2005.
Surviving other than his parents is his wife Laura Ozment, Warren, AR. A step daughter Jennifer Curry and spouse D.J., Sumpter, AR. 2 sisters April Meadows, Banks, AR. and Mary Cargile of New Edinburg, AR. A brother Joseph Ozment of Banks, AR. and a host of family and friends.
Graveside services was 2:00 PM Sunday, October 22nd at McFarland Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Officiating was Rev. Timothy Hass. Active pallbearers were Jason Reep, Bobby Ozment, Doyle Ozment, Richard Callison, Blake Spears, D.J. Curry, Dekota Curry and Justin Curry. Honorary pallbearers were Hugh P.
