Joe W. Joiner age 83, of Warren, AR died Thursday, August 25, 2016 at the Chapel Woods Nursing Center. He was born September 30, 1932 in Bradley County, AR a son of the late George Youlus Joiner and Macy Anglen Joiner. He was a real-estate developer and an insurance salesman in Houston, TX. He was a member of the Assembly of God Church, where he and his wife supported missions in Central America. He was a United States Army Veteran, serving in Korean, where he functioned as a Medical Officer. Also preceding him in death was his wife, Alis Amanda Joiner, a brother Howard Joiner and a sister Mildred Accord.
He is survived by a son, Joe Wesley Joiner, Jr. Denver, Colorado. A sister Darsie Adams of Warren, AR. Nephews Robert Loomis, Wilmar, AR and Donald Accord, Houston, TX. A niece Pamela Carter, Wilmar, AR.
