Jessie L. Brown, Jr., 72, of Warren, died Sunday, May 10, 2015 in Georgia.
Born November 26 1942, he was a son of the late Jessie and Ella Brown.
He was a graduate of Bradley County High School and the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. He was retired from Eastman Kodak of New York. He was a member of Union Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Warren, serving as Superintendent of Sunday School until his health failed. He also obtained a medical degree.

His sons - Derek, Darwin, and Demorage
Siblings - Dessie Brown of California, Charles R. Brown and wife Terri of Georgia, Rosie Dozier and husband Willie, Emma Barrett all of Chicago, Anna Brown of Little Rock and Eloise Brown of Warren.
A host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were May 23 at Union Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Warren with Rev. Henry D. Cox officiating. Burial was in Union Cemetery by Hammons Funeral Home.
