Judy Ann Garrett Hopper, age 54, of Harrell, AR, went to be with her Heavenly Father, August 3, 2019, at the John R. Williamson Hospice House in El Dorado, AR. She was born March 12, 1965, in Camden, AR, a daughter of the late Oliver “Buddy” Garrett and Margaret Hawley Garrett. Judy was an inspector for General Dynamics and member of Dickinson Baptist Church. Also preceding her in death was a brother Edwin Garrett, and her Maw and Pops Kenny and Carolyn Hopper. Her beauty and contagious laugh will forever remain in our hearts.
She is survived by her loving husband and best friend of 37, years Rusty Hopper. Two sons Russ Hopper (Dawn) of Hampton, AR, and Floyd Hopper of Harrell, AR. Four grandchildren Maddox Hopper, Elise Hopper, Briley Hopper, and Braiden Hopper. A step granddaughter Bre Shackelford. One sister Debra Wright (Billy) of Camden, AR. Two brothers Don Garrett (Pat) of Little Rock, AR, and Ricky Garrett (Bonnie) of Sparkman, AR. Sisters-in-law Susan Johnston (Steve) of Harrell, AR, and Becky Silliman (David) of Camden, AR. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 6, at Dickinson Baptist Church with Rev. Ricky Smith officiating. Burial is in Union Grove Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home.
