Joseph Edward Rice, age 80, of Warren, AR, died Tuesday, August 6, 2019, at JRMC. He was born November 14, 1938, in Hermitage, AR, a son of the late James Madison Rice and Argie Booker Rice. Joe was a retired sawyer for Potlatch Corporation and a member of Westside Baptist Church.
Survivors are his wife Bonita White Rice who he married September 1, 1980. Two brothers Donnie P. Rice of Warren, AR, and Thomas Rice of Hermitage, AR. One sister Judy Curry of Pine Bluff, AR.
Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 9, at Frazer’s Chapel with Rev. Gary Carter officiating. Burial is in Gravelridge Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Visitation is from 9:00 a.m. until service time Friday, August 9, at Frazer’s. Online guest register www.frazerfuneralhome.com
