Frances Lucille Green Cotton, age 97, of Monticello, AR, died Friday, August 2, 2019, at her home. She was born March 25, 1922, in Warren, AR, a daughter of the late Issac William Green and Renna Coker Green. Also preceding her in death was a brother Kenneth W. Green and a daughter in law Janet Norris. Mrs. Cotton was a retired Avon representative and one of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
Survivors are two sons Charles Wilburn Cotton and spouse Debra of Monticello, AR, and Kenneth Floyd Norris of Houston, TX; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 9, at Frazer’s Chapel with Scott Roberts officiating. Burial is in Hickory Springs Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Visitation is from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, August 8, at Frazer’s. Online guest register www.frazerfuneralhome.com
