Elvia Marie Raney Nutt, age 81, of Warren, AR, died Wednesday, August 21, 2019, at her home. She was born September 2, 1937, at Star City, AR, a daughter of the late George Henry Raney and Hallie Marie Fell Raney. Marie was retired from Pizza Hut and a member of Southside Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by spouses; Mack Dean Clay who died March 19, 1969, Edward Havis Nutt who died June 3, 2002; a brother Randy Raney; sisters Magdalene McKinney, Norma Lea Raney; and two grandchildren.
Survivors are one son Billy Dean Clay, SR, of Prairie Island, AR; three daughters Tammy Deal, Brenda Slaughter, Barbara Clay all of Warren, AR; three brothers Edward Raney, Monticello, AR, Randall Raney of Warren, AR, George F. Raney of Warren, AR; five sisters Melinda Raney of Texas, Patricia Cox of Rison, AR, Eva Huitt, Imogene Rice, Mae Pennington all of Warren, AR; twelve grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 23, at Frazer’s Chapel with Rev. Mike Griffith officiating. Burial is in Oakland Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Visitation is from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, August 22, at Frazer’s. Online guest register www.frazerfuneralhome.com
