Aulton D. Mitchell age 71 of Star City, AR died Friday, August 2nd at the Drew Memorial Hospital in Monticello, AR. He was born January 29th 1948 in Banks, AR a son of the late Frank Mitchell and Ruth McMurry Mitchell. He was a cattle farmer, a Tyson Chicken farmer for 21 years, a member of Mt Olivet United Methodist Church at Calmer, AR and a graduate of the Wilmar school system. He was also preceded in death by a brother Ralph Mitchell.
He is survived by his wife Patsy Raines Mitchell, Star City, AR. Sons Howie Mitchell, Austin, TX, and Cortez Mitchell, Fayetteville, AR. A step daughter Tammy Ward, Star City, AR. A brother Gerald Mitchell, Warren, AR. A sister Jean Wolfe, Warren, AR. Many grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins, friends and a beloved dog, Buddy.
