John Mark Clancy age 54, of Hermitage, AR died Monday, July 15th at his home. He was born December 21st, 1964 in Tyler, Texas a son of Glenda Goodman Outlaw and the late Robert Irwin Clancy. He was a past employee of Armstrong Flooring Company and a graduate of Warren Public Schools. He was also proceeded in death by his step father Bob Outlaw.
Surviving are his 4 sons, Mark Brandon Clancy, Warren, AR, John Michael Clancy, Grants Pass, OR, John Edward Johns, Fordyce, AR, and Jonathon Downey Clancy, Monticello, AR. 2 daughters, Tiffany Ann Clancy, Warren, AR and Haley Nichole Clancy, Hermitage, AR. A half-brother Paul E. Outlaw, Warren, AR and 2 step-brothers Dan Outlaw, Rye, AR and David Outlaw, Warren, AR. 8 grandchildren.
Graveside services were 2:00PM Monday, July 22nd at Outlaw Cemetery with Rev. Wayman Mann officiating. Burial was in Outlaw Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home.
