Sara Baker Moseley Sharpe age 91, of Warren, AR died Wednesday, December 5th at her home. She was born August 24th, 1927 in Warren, AR a daughter of the late Robert A. Baker and Nezzie Spencer Baker. She was an elementary school music teacher for 15 years, serving in the Warren and New Edinburg public schools. She was a graduate of Arkansas A&M College with a teaching degree and a member of the First United Methodist Church. She was also preceded in death by husbands, James Ed Moseley and James R. “Dick” Sharpe.
She is survived by sons, Jimmy Moseley and spouse Emily, Warren, AR and John Moseley all of Warren, AR. A step-daughter Cynthia Sharpe and partner Patti McKinlay, Rehoboth Beach, DE. A brother Robert F. Baker and spouse Peggy, Dallas, TX. 3 grandchildren Baker Moseley and spouse Kim, Jonesboro, AR, Joe Moseley and spouse Alarie, Kingwood, TX, and Susanne Hines and spouse Steve, Moro Bay, AR. 6 great-grandchildren: Caroline Moseley, Abby Moseley, Bryce Moseley, Brayden Moseley, Bailey Herring, and Zoey Herring.
Graveside services 1:30 PM Tuesday, December 11th at Oakland Cemetery. Burial in Oakland Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Visitation 12:30pm till service time, Tuesday, December 11th at the First United Methodist Church parlor.
