Sandra Alice Owens Outlaw

Sandra Alice Owens Outlaw, age 77, of Pine Bluff, AR, died Tuesday, October 16, 2018, at St. Vincent’s in Little Rock, AR. after battling with cancer at Amberwood Health & Rehabilitation in Benton, AR, for several weeks. She was born November 21, 1940, in Farmville, AR, a daughter of the late Elmer Owens and Ouita Pennington Owens. Sandra was a retired secretary, homemaker, and member of Good Faith Carr Methodist Church. Also preceding her in death was a spouse Levan Outlaw who died February 19, 2017. They were united in marriage May 20, 1960.
Survivors are one son Randy Outlaw and spouse Karla of Bryant, AR. One daughter Kim Hoots of Pine Bluff, AR. Two grandchildren Cole Outlaw of Bryant, AR, and Ashton Johnson and spouse Trey of White Hall, AR. One great-grandchild Ella Rose Johnson.
Funeral service is 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 18, at Frazer’s Chapel. Burial will be in Outlaw Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Visitation 1:00 p.m. until service time Thursday, October 18, at Frazer’s Funeral Home.
