Tommie Jean Pickett, 73, of Banks, died Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at her home. Born November 2, 1944, she was a daughter of the late Richard and Gladys Collins.
She confessed Christ at an early age at First Baptist Church in Banks. She was a loving lady who enjoyed fishing, talking and caring for other people.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Sammy Pickett, siblings, Rickey Collins, Terry Collins, Willie Pearl Tatum and Rosie Lee Collins.
Survivors:
Her siblings – Bobbie Sue Childs, Alice Collins both of Banks; Marvin Collins and Tommy Collins both of Las Vegas, NV.
Stepson – Ralph Pickett Lovett (Bernice) of Warren
A host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were April 9, 2018 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Banks with Rev. Arlin Carson officiating. Burial was in Childs Cemetery in Banks with arrangements by Hammons Funeral Home of Warren.
