Harold A. Jones, 64, of Wilmar, died Thursday, March 15, 2018 at Hospice Home Care in Little Rock. Born September 29, 1953, he was a son of the late Margaret Jones-Ragland and Johnnie Hicks.
He was a member of Greater Shady Grove AME Church in Wilmar. He retired from the military after 30 years of service and from the City of Kansas City, MO. after 20 years of service.
Survivors:
His children – Jeffrey Jones and Kevin Nelson
Siblings – Glenda Blake, Carol Hooper, Theresa Shipp, Phillis Jones and Reginald Brooks.
God-daughter – Jeannise Webb-Nelson
Grandson – Kamari Nelson
A host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be Saturday, March 24th at 11:00 A.M. at Greater Shady Grove AME Church in Wilmar with Rev. Marvin Mosby officiating. Burial will be in Wilmar Cemetery with arrangements by Hammons Funeral Home of Warren.
