Daniel Boozer

Daniel Boozer age 72, of Hermitage, AR died Thursday, April 20th at the John R. Williamson Hospice House in El Dorado, AR. He was born October 29th, 1944 in Paragould, AR, a son of the late Clyde Boozer and Eula M. Boozer. He was a graduate of Paragould Public Schools, worked for Kroger’s Grocery Store and retired from Century Lynk Communications with many years of service. He was a Baptist and the widower of Kay Morgan Boozer whom he married November 6th, 1972 and she died July 31st, 2014. Brothers Alvin Boozer, Leonard Boozer, Billy Boozer, James Boozer, William Boozer, Joe Boozer and Samuel Boozer also preceded him in death. He is survived by a step son, Alan Allred, Monticello, AR and 2 step daughters, Gerrie Kay Lewis and Julie Ann Dixon both of San Antonio, TX. 9 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Graveside service was 2:00 PM Friday, April 28th at Willoughby Cemetery with Rev. Michael Gardner officiating. Arrangements were by Frazer’s Funeral Home.
