Thomas W. Wilcoxon, age 70, of Crossett, AR, died Wednesday, February 22, at St. Vincent’s in Little Rock, AR. Born January 9, 1947, in Crossett, AR, a son of the late James Frederick Wilcoxon, Sr. and Martha Ruth King Wilcoxon he was a retired winder operator for Georgia Pacific and a member of West Crossett Missionary Baptist Church. Also preceding him in death was a brother John Wilcoxon.
Survivors are his wife Charlotte Moran Wilcoxon whom he married February 7, 1969. Two sons Thomas Dewayne Wilcoxon of Newport, AR, and Steven Glen Wilcoxon and spouse Kelly of Crossett, AR. Three daughters Theresa Kaye Wilcoxon Lucas and spouse David of Lake Village, AR, Martha Rene Wilcoxon and Tammy Ann Wilcoxon both of Crossett, AR. One brother James Wilcoxon, JR, and spouse Barbara of Hamburg, AR. A sister in law Cheryl Wilcoxon King of Crossett, AR. 13 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren. Special grandchildren Justin Wilcoxon, Noelle Craig, A.J. Thomas; a special cousin Julia Scott and special nephews Timmy Moran and David Moran and spouse Jennifer.
Funeral service will be 1:30 p.m. Sunday, February 26, at West Crossett Missionary Baptist Church. Burial is in Hickory Grove Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Visitation 5-8 p.m. Saturday, February 25, at West Crossett Missionary Baptist Church. Memorials preferred to American Cancer Society or West Crossett Missionary Baptist Church.
