Levan H. Outlaw, age 76, of Pine Bluff, AR, died Sunday, February 19, at JRMC. Born March 20, 1940, at Sumpter, AR, a son of the late Andy E. Outlaw and Orlean Jones Outlaw he was a former employee of Smart Chevrolet and retired from Cotton Belt Railroad (Union Pacific) as a locomotive engineer with 33 years of service. Levn was a member of Good Faith Carr Methodist Church. Also preceding him in death was a brother Almer Outlaw.
Survivors are his wife Sandra Owens Outlaw whom he married May 20, 1960. One son Randy Outlaw and spouse Karla of Bryant, AR. One daughter Kim Hoots of Pine Bluff, AR. Two grandchildren Ashton Johnson and spouse Trey of White Hall, AR, and Cole Outlaw of Bryant, AR. One great-grandchild Ella Rose Johnson.
