John Dean Lawson, 89, of Warren, died Monday, January 9, 2017 at Life Touch Hospice in El Dorado.
Born November 14, 1927, he was a son of the late Jasper and Elsie Lawson.
He was a member of the West Central Church of Christ in Warren and a retiree of Potlatch Corp.

His daughter-Bamma Sue Tolefree of Milwaukee, WI.
Grandchildren-Amiee Tolefree and Charles Pearson Jr. II both of Milwaukee, WI.
Great Grandchildren-Julain Goodwin, Ikenna Pearson, Tayonna Pearson, Jaiveon Pearson, and Madison Phillip
Brother-in-law-Floyd Miller Sr. of Warren
A host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were January 14 at Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church in Warren with Rev. Larry Hines officiating. Burial in Palestine Cemetery in Johnsville with arrangements by Hammons Funeral Home of Warren.
