Billie Mills, age 81, of Warren, AR died Tuesday, January 10th , in Little Rock, AR. She was born April 16th, 1935 in Bradley County, a daughter of the late Robert Adair and Leota Perry Adair. She was a seamstress, a homemaker and one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Mills who passed away March 22nd , 2005, 2 sons Garvin Mills and Wesley Mills and a sister Outia Roark.
She is survived by 3 daughters Becky Nichols and spouse Bart, Rye, AR, Donna Hughes, Monticello, AR. and Elaine Mills, Warren, AR.
A sister Retha Guiles, Texarkana, TX. 1 grandchild Cindy Williams, Benton, AR. 1 great-grandchild Adam Hargraves, Marion, AR, and 2 great-great-grandchildren Isabella and Annaelise Hargraves. A very special helper in her life, Jackson Huffman, Rye, AR.
