Juanita Atkins Ford

Juanita Atkins Ford, age 88, of Warren, AR, died Thursday, September 29, in Fayetteville, AR. Born December 4, 1927, in Fayette, AL, a daughter of the late Buford Eugene Atkins and Rette Mae Shepherd Atkins she was a homemaker, a member of First Baptist Church and the widow of Henry Ford who died October 12, 1999. They were united in marriage December 25, 1946. 

Survivors are one daughter June Lawrence and spouse John of Fayetteville, AR. One brother Glynn Atkins of Dumas, AR. Three grandchildren John Hardy Lawrence, III, of Rogers, AR, David Lawford Lawrence and KeShawn Chism both of Fayetteville, AR. Four great-grandchildren Gabriel Lawrence and Asher Lawrence both of Fayetteville, AR, Elizabeth Lawrence and Caleb Lawrence both of Rogers, AR. 

Graveside service was 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 8, at Oakland Cemetery with Rev. Jim Hall officiating. Active pallbearers were John Hardy Lawrence, III, David Lawford Lawrence, KeShawn Chism and John Hardy Lawrence, Jr. Arrangements are by Frazer’s Funeral Home.
