Mary Love Jobe Mitchell, age 91, of Warren, AR, died Wednesday, June 8, at Bradley County Medical Center in Warren, AR. Born August 6, 1924 in Jackson, TN, a daughter of the late Walter Jobe and Ella Jane Riddle Jobe she was an apartment complex manager, homemaker, member of First Assembly of God Church and the widow of Phillip Mitchell who died January 5, 2010. They were united in marriage November 14, 1945. Also preceding her in death was a brother Leon Jobe.
Survivors are three sons Allen Keeton “Kenny” Mitchell of Smyrna, TN, Wayne Mitchell of Lewisburg, TN and Tommy Mitchell of Sumpter, AR. Three daughters Debbie Mitchell Thompson of Decatursville, TN, Michelle Roberts of Lawrenceburg, TN and Krystal Mitchell Gorman of Hermitage, AR. Eleven grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service was 2:00 p.m. Sunday, June 12, at First Assembly of God Church with Rev. Jim Bales and Rev. Tim McClellan officiating. Active pallbearers were; Joshua Mitchell, Aaron Mitchell, David Mitchell, Randy Gorman, Zane Chapman and Bill Jones. Burial was in Oakland Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home.
