Roberta Smith age 85 of Warren, AR died Thursday, September 3rd at the Valley Ranch Nursing Center in Little Rock, AR. She was born September 2nd, 1930 in Hermitage, AR, a daughter of the late Francis Layette Savage and Callie Sipes Savage. She was a housewife, homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church in Warren. She was preceded in death by her husband Havis Smith, a son Rusty Smith, brothers Carl Savage, Jerome Savage, Kenneth Savage, Tim Savage, Ladane Savage and Joe Keith Savage; sisters Ruth Waterfield, Retha Kight, Marca Leece McClain and a granddaughter Janessa Smith.
Survivors include a son, Rev. Roland Smith and spouse Phyllis, Crossville, TN, a daughter Linda Gail Smith Gannaway and spouse David, Little Rock, AR. 2 sisters Vashtie Yorkdale, Warren, AR and Katrina Hicks, Little Rock, AR. 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services 11:00AM Saturday, September 5th at Adam-Singer Cemetery. Burial in Adam-Singer Cemetery by Frazer Funeral Home.
