Thomas Earl Wagnon, Jr.


Thomas Earl Wagnon, Jr., age 83, of Warren, AR, died Tuesday April 14, at Chapel Woods Nursing & Rehabilitation in Warren, AR. Born May 14, 1931 in Cleveland County, AR a son of the late Thomas Earl Wagnon, Sr. and Ethel Thompson Wagnon he was a retired construction worker, member Landmark Missionary Baptist Church, a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War and the widower of Dixie Wagnon who died February 11, 2004.

Survivors are his wife Carolyn Wagnon. 1 son Jackie Wagnon and spouse Cindy, Warren, AR. 3 brothers Donnie Wagnon, Warren, AR, Raymond Wagnon, Fordyce, AR, Billy Wagnon, Pine Bluff, AR. 2 sisters Agnes McClellan, New Edinburg, AR, Brenda Iannacone, Little Rock, AR. 4 grandchildren Brandy Holloway and spouse Jason, Jacqueline Denton and spouse Trapper, Kyle Wagnon and spouse Haley, Kali Wagnon. 5 great-grandchildren. Also preceding him in death was a son Tony Wagnon; brothers Bobby Wagnon, Jimmy Wagnon; great-grandchild Thomas Ainsworth.

Funeral service was 10:00 a.m. Thursday April 16, at Frazer’s Chapel with Rev. Mike Crews officiating. Linda Barrett was organist and Stacy Gorman sang. Burial with flag presentation was in Outlaw Cemetery at Sumpter, AR, by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Active pallbearers were Randy Wagnon, Jamie Wagnon, Chad Sanders, Kyle Wagnon, Trapper Denton, Jason Wagnon, Jason Holloway. Honorary pallbearers were Jim Gardner, Don Robinson, Rev.
