Betty Joyce Nichols

Betty Joyce Nichols age 83 of Warren, AR died Thursday, October 30th at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. She was born June 18th, 1931 in Bradley County, AR a daughter of the late Archie Brown Sr. and Maude Matkins Brown.  She was a housewife and homemaker, she was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses and she loved to quilt and fish. Also preceding her in death was her husband Calvin Nichols, Jr; a son Johnny Nichols; 3 brothers Archie Brown Jr, Bill Brown, Paulus Brown; 3 Sisters Markelita Brown, Martha Hays and Patty-Wilson Banks.

She is survived by 2 sons, Calvin Ray Nichols, Warren and Randy Mike “Mac” Nichols, Warren, AR.  2 sisters Bernice Johnson and Mary Copeland both of Little Rock, AR. 4 grandchildren Mike Nichols and spouse Diana, Warren, AR; Michelle Chapman and spouse Joseph, Monticello, AR, C.J. Nichols, Warren, AR and Chris Biggs, Camden, AR.  5 great- grandchildren. Joseph Nichols, Josh Nichols and Kaylee Nichols all of Warren, AR. and Shelby Chapman and Conner Chapman both of Monticello, AR. A very special niece Judy Sedberry, Warren, AR.

Graveside service’s were 2:00pm Sunday November 2nd at Union Cemetery at Rye with Boyce Hamlet and Mike Mercer officiating. Burial was in Union Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home.  Active pallbearers were Bart Nichols, Deon Wolfe, Nazaire Minton, Randy Wooldridge, James Thompson, John Wooldridge.   Honorary Pallbearers were Jimmy Hays, Johnny Hays, Steve Hays and All brothers of the Warren Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.  Online Guest book  HYPERLINK "http://www.frazerfunealhome.com" www.frazerfunealhome.com
