Thomas Lamar Hunter age 77 of Wilmar, AR died Tuesday, July 29th at the Baptist Hospital in Little Rock, AR. He was born August 10th, 1936 in Bradley County, AR a son of the late Thomas Ardel Hunter and Bertha Ada Dearman Hunter. He worked for Burlington Industries in Monticello for 15 years and for over 30 plus years he owned and operated Lamar Hunter Blue Prints in Wilmar, AR. He loved and played country and gospel music for years and was a member of Pauline Baptist Church. Also preceding him in death are brothers Howard Hunter and Aubert Hunter, sisters Elsie Lavouncher and Eva Jane Weber.
Survivors include his wife whom he married in 1956, Ruth Kulbeth Hunter. A son Timothy Ray Hunter and spouse Sherry, Harrison, AR. A daughter Ginger Diane Hamil and spouse Tommy, Monticello, AR. 3 grandchildren Lexy Meeks, Blake Hunter and Emily Crunkleton. 2 great-grandchildren Rylee Meeks and Judd Meeks.
